How do you make up lost ground on your rivals and reclaim your position as leaders in your industry?
HOP came to us having seen the work we did for ECE Architecture.
Their website was no longer reflecting their position in the marketplace and they asked us to redesign the site to put them back on top and ahead of their competitors.
The new site needed to serve two main purposes; to attract the right sort of clients and to attract the best up-and-coming talent in their industry.
Armed with the agreed brief, we carried out a thorough content audit and developed a new site structure that focused on two key areas; their impressive Projects and the company Culture.
Using the exceptional photography available – particularly of their projects – we designed a contemporary, highly visual site that strengthens their brand and gives them the edge over their competitors in winning more of the projects they want.
The new website was launched in the spring of 2017 and was soon receiving plaudits and positive attention, significantly raising HOP’s profile along the way.
Since the project was completed, HOP has continued to grow as a business both in terms of client retention and staff numbers and is widely acknowledged as one of the best employers in Brighton and Hove.
In 2019, HOP approached us to help them promote their Practical Skills in Construction programme.
This fantastic programme has given young adults who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEETs) the opportunity to forge a career in construction.
We wrote a series of articles and promoted them on social media to raise awareness of the programme and highlight the work HOP does in the community.
Our new site’s repositioned us at the top of our industry and is definitely helping us attract more of the projects we want to win.Adam Humphrey
