Back in 2014, Agon Systems’ CEO Sean Welch came to us to help him grow his business into a global player in the EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) industry.
Agon was well positioned to make a huge impact in the world of retail security, but it had a significant problem; its branding and marketing hadn’t been looked at for over 20 years.
The first thing we needed was a defined brand strategy, which would in turn inform the new brand identity and how the business represents itself visually.
With a premium product that was priced at the top end of its marketplace, a high-quality look and feel was essential in positioning Agon Systems properly in front of its target customers.
Once the new brand identity was established, a full-scale global rollout was put in place across physical and digital touchpoints, covering everything from its websites to exhibition stands.
Our work in developing and managing Agon’s brand and marketing strategy helped the company increase its turnover by almost 200% in just three years, to over £5 million.
In 2018, Agon was listed as one of the top 100 fastest-growing private UK companies and in 2019, turnover had increased to almost £10 million.
