I love breakfast, so I’ll go for tofu scramble and mushrooms on a muffin with veggie sausages or black pudding, a bowl of overnight oats, pastries, coffee and a nice healthy fruit and ginger smoothie. Just a light one.
I’m quite partial to a vegan ‘fish’ finger sarnie, with ketchup, mayo, watercress and a dash of hot sauce.

A musician. I wanted to play drums when I was ten, but decided to play guitar instead. (Much to my parents’ relief, I imagine.) I went on study Audio & Music Technology at Uni and play in a few bands.
I’m fascinated by the process of writing and producing music, and still dabble when I can.
I’d love to tour Japan from end-to-end, from Hokkaido to the Okinawa islands, taking in the cities and countryside, modern and traditional cultures, and as much food and cycling as possible.
