The brief

Change Formation works with leaders, senior managers and team captains to bring about and deal with sustainable, measurable change for themselves and their teams.

Tomango was commissioned to design and develop a new brand identity, business stationery and a fully responsive website for Change Formation that would provide the professional online presence required to support its other marketing activities for attracting new business.

Change Formation was founded at the end of 2013.  When we first started their branding project, Founder and Managing Director Rob McWilliam had a very clear business model, with well-defined target markets and goals, but needed a strong creative agency to deliver the visual identity to match.

Our Creative Director Mike Vine worked closely with Rob to identify the underlying values and approach that set Change Formation apart from its competitors, and started working on some concepts for the brand identity that would capture these unique qualities.

Rob confessed later that when he first saw the concept, it was completely different to anything he had remotely considered in his own mind, but fell in love with it instantly and knew that it was bang on brief and would position him in exactly the right place in his market.

The strong brand identity is carried through to the business stationery and responsive website design and Rob couldn’t be happier with the end result.

The result

Rob is a very focused and clear-thinking individual and extremely good at what he does, but he knew that he had to “let go” and place his trust in us to deliver the right brand identity for his business.
